Idiva is a subsidiary of global media house Times Internet. It inspire, entertain and empower young women through optimistic and diverse storytelling and experiences.

Problem Statement

1. We want to increase revenue from the iDiva platform by increasing rate per impression, increasing advertisements.
2. The platform’s rate per impression is dependent on the time user stays on the site.
3. The company makes money by advertisements, session time, page load times and it want to increase revenue.

Responsive Design

Responsive design allows the website content to flow freely across all screen resolutions and sizes, and renders it to look great on all devices. It also makes it unnecessary to maintain different versions of your website for mobile and desktop and saves you time, resources and efforts

Impacts of the Revamp

Added “Today on Idiva” section and one latest video. Hence fresh content caught more attention than before as seen in the above screen shot.

Earlier the latest posts did not had this much visibility after the revamp, the articles has more traction.
Likewise for the digital covers as well, traction got increased since the revamp.
The spotlight stories also showed a better response compared to the earlier designs .
Showing the latest juice of the category right at the home was a great idea, users engage to them so much.
With the new design the page scroll depth hiked and user reached right till the bottom.

Revamp Conclusion

1. We were able to increase in session time of user by 3x.
2. 2x increase in the no. of page views per user.
3. Logged in user increased by 30%.
